Assistant Property Manager (Administrative Support)
Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio in Roseville. This role is primarily an Administrative Assistant position supporting the Property Manager, focused on keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
  • Manage communication with tenants and vendors
  • Assist with contracts, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking
  • Assist with CAM reconciliations
  • Help manage tenant accounts, including basic receivables and collections
  • Enter and process invoices and payables
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized files
  • Coordinate property inspections and scheduling
  • Assist with communication to property owners as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience within the property industry required (property management, leasing, or similar environment)
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
